The Pecue Lane Interchange is located on I-10 in the southern part of East Baton Rouge Parish. In addition to the interchange, Pecue Lane is being rebuilt to a four-lane section from Perkins Road to Airline Highway (US 61). This full interchange will help reduce the traffic pressures to Highland Road and Siegen Lane. The Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI) concept will be the first of its kind in Louisiana. DDI's accommodate left turn traffic movements as in this case to I-10 from Pecue Lane. The interchange and roadway is being built in phases to accommodate traffic.
